- 6. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers purchasing online may benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under French consumer law and other applicable mandatory consumer-protection legislation.
- For eligible consumers, the withdrawal period generally starts on the day the contract is concluded.
- The customer may exercise the applicable withdrawal right without providing a reason.
- For presale purchases, the withdrawal period generally starts when the order contract is concluded, even if the programme is scheduled for delivery at a later date.
- The programme release date does not automatically create a new statutory withdrawal period.
- 7. Digital Content and Loss of Withdrawal Rights
- For digital content supplied without a physical medium, such as downloadable educational materials, videos and digital templates, a statutory exception to the withdrawal right may apply when supply begins before the end of the withdrawal period.
Where required by applicable law, this exception applies only when:
The consumer has given prior express consent for the supply of digital content to begin before the withdrawal period expires.
The consumer has expressly acknowledged that beginning supply under those conditions will result in the loss of the statutory withdrawal right.
Silvère Elite has provided the legally required confirmation of that agreement.
The applicable withdrawal treatment depends on the nature of the purchased digital content or service and the relevant legal requirements.
Where those conditions have not been satisfied, the consumer retains all applicable statutory withdrawal rights.
Agreement to the general Terms and Conditions alone does not constitute a valid waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.
8. Refund Policy
Silvère Elite does not offer an additional voluntary or commercial money-back guarantee.
Refund requests are assessed according to applicable statutory consumer rights and the contractual obligations of Silvère Elite.
Where a consumer validly exercises a statutory withdrawal right, Silvère Elite will reimburse the payments due within the legally required period, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Where legally permitted following a valid withdrawal, Silvère Elite may deactivate access to the relevant programme and digital materials.
Refunds and other remedies may also be available where required by law, including cases involving non-delivery, lack of conformity, defective digital content or other failures to meet contractual obligations.
No provision in this Refund Policy excludes or restricts mandatory statutory rights.
9. How to Exercise Withdrawal Rights
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may notify Silvère Elite of their decision by submitting an unequivocal withdrawal request through:
